Conveniently located in the chic seaside resort of Juan-les-Pins this spacious fifth floor holiday apartment (with lift) comfortably accommodates 5 guests. This property is within easy reach of the beach and various restaurants, bars, nightclubs and supermarkets making it the ideal base to enjoy a carefree vacation.
A small balcony, with a table and two chairs, overlooks the property’s inner courtyard and is the perfect spot for enjoying a quiet breakfast or an aperitif at the end of the day.
Inside the airy, open-plan living space, looks out to the balcony through large sliding glass doors. Guests can also enjoy air-conditioning, a flat-screen digital TV and the comfortable sofa. The fully-equipped, eat in kitchen is fitted with a breakfast bar, providing seating for six and has every essential kitchen appliance including; a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave and Tassimo coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: The light, bright master bedroom enjoys direct access to the balcony through large glass sliding doors, a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2: The snug second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
Extra: There is a sofa bed in the living room.
