Excellent apartment in a super convenient location - close to the beach and shops. I was travelling alone but a couple should be comfortable. Everything was modern and clean. Host was super helpful and responsive via Whatsapp.
Super minor point (for me at least) but only a little balcony area leading to an internal courtyard.

Great location, clean and had most of the basics needed
A few minor things needed like paper towel, extra toilet paper and sufficient coffee capsules would have support a more effortless stay.

Daniel, who greeted me and helped me get my luggage upstairs, was the best and most hospitable part of this stay. And I enjoyed the box of "palmier'' cookies they left for me in the fridge, as well as the guest small bottles of water.
I found the small room very over priced for a room that had not a single place to sit (except on the toilet, or on the bed--not even the small desk had a chair!); there were no luggage rack, so I had to unpack my suitcase on my bed, and put it back on th floor to sleep; the closet had no hangers -- i was in Cannes to attend a gala dinner, and had to hang my dress on the legs of the ironing board! And the overwrought legalese (I had to sign a 10 page contract, send my online photo ahead of time, and agree to a 1000euros block , on my credit card, as I left -- until the saw I had not damaged their 'room') was outrageous , FOR A ONE NIGHT RENTAL, and unique in all my travel abroad on every continent!
