Mihalis was a wonderful host. He gave us good information before we arrived. His parents met us with freshly made cake and Easter Bread. He was very helpful during our stay with great restaurant recommendation. and help with taxi. Parking was just in front and it was easy to get in and out for day trips.

Our stay in Crete was absolutely wonderful! Even before our arrival, our host provided us with lots of practical information and thoughtful travel suggestions, which made our trip much smoother. What touched us the most was on our very first night: we wanted to dine at a nearby restaurant but found out it was fully booked. To our surprise, our host kindly called the restaurant owner directly and managed to arrange a table for us. The meal turned out to be delicious and truly excellent value for money—highly recommended! On top of that, we were warmly welcomed with a tasty homemade cake, which made us feel right at home. Throughout our stay, our host was incredibly patient and responsive to every question we had. Knowing that we are history lovers, he/she also suggested visiting Rethymno, which became one of our absolute favorite places on this trip.
All in all, this was an outstanding experience—we are deeply grateful for our host’s hospitality and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Crete!

Il fatto che è uno splendido, nuovo e luminoso appartamento con tutti i confort. La zona giorno era enorme e la cucina con tanto piano di appoggio era comodissima. Le camere tutte spaziose permettevano di aprire comodamente le valigie anche a terra. Tutte le stanze avevano un terrazzo dove poter stendere gli asciugamani. C'erano tanti armadi a disposizione.
La zona doccia del bagno più piccolo era aperta su una parte e quindi faceva uscire l'acqua sul pavimento. Meglio un box doccia completamente chiuso.

The location was ideal, the apartment was in a quiet area a short walk from the city centre. From the outset the host could not have been more helpful. He made contact early through booking.com ensuring that we had all the information we required and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.
The apartment was immaculate, exceptionally well appointed and very spacious with a balcony at the front of the house. We had a hire car and there was a designated parking space at the front of the apartment which was free.
The host left a bottle of wine and a freshly baked Madeira Cake for us. Further to that just after we arrived we were given fresh prepared fruit. We were also given a hot Cretan style vegetable dish on the second day. The host also recommended some restaurants in Heraklion which were excellent. I would recommend Moustakias and Merastri, the food and service is fantastic.
I have done a fair bit of travelling in my time but this is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in and clearly the best and most welcoming host I have ever experienced.
There wasn't anything i didn't like.
