Appartamento dotato di ogni confort, zanzariere comprese. Spazioso e pulito. Dotato di un bel terrazzino che comunque da su un cortile.
Unica pecca, il rumore che arriva dal cortile a causa di una pompa che si attiva ciclicamente nel tempo

The apartment was great. Very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable with all amenities at a very good price. It's located within walking distance from the city center as well as parks and playgrounds. It is also very quiet. Mr Stratos is an amazing host. Always available and ready to help. I will certainly choose Uni Island suites next time I will visit Heraklion and also recommend it for a pleasant stay there.

Location is close to city centre , walking distance and the warm welcome
Everything inside the room was perfect and the host waited for me when I was late .
If I had no car , it is perfect to commute around through bus and by foot .
No parking space dedicated so if you have a car to park remember it is difficult to find street parking outside and I had to pay 10 euros daily to accommodate my car in a paid parking building few meters away and that was extra unaccounted for cost during my stay
Also the minute you remove the card at the door the power gets cut off . It would be nice to have an extra permanent card there to keep the A C on as it switches off when the card if pulled . The AC takes long time to cool down the place again.

De ligging is perfect, dichtbij supermarkten, bushaltes en wandelafstand van het centrum maar toch voldoende stilte doorheen de nacht. Qua hygiëne is het ook fijn dat er bij een lang verblijf elke 3 dagen schoongemaakt wordt!
