The hotel is on top location with free parking, yet just a short walk distance from the city center with lots of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfast was very nice. But what we liked the most was the hotel staff, every single one of them was friendly, communicative, giving advice on which places to visit nearby and very responsive to any request made to them, simply wonderful!
There's nothing that we didn't like.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The property is exceptionally well maintained, in excellent condition, and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping here is the best I’ve encountered anywhere, and I travel frequently.
The hotel features a beautiful, pristine saltwater pool. I always thought I preferred chlorinated pools, but this stay has changed my mind, it was simply delightful. Until around 3:00 PM, I had the pool practically to myself, as most guests headed to the beach. While the sea is lovely, I personally found it a bit too crowded. Nea Iraklitsa in general is quite a lively place.
The rooms offer excellent climate control and soundproofing, ensuring a comfortable and quiet stay.
Breakfast was decent, though not outstanding a little more variety would make it perfect. Given that this 3-star hotel feels very much like a 4-star property, I think breakfast could be elevated to match the overall experience.
If you’re planning a trip to Nea Iraklitsa, I can’t recommend this hotel enough
The staff is super! Friendly and professional.
The bathroom gets completely wet when you shower. Not a big issue, unless you want to use the toilet shortly after showering. The bathroom is fine, but small.

New and clean hotel in a good and accessible location. Good automation in the room with a fantastic view. I particularly enjoyed the pool area with complimentary towels. Pool is at a refreshing temperature. Staff are polite and helpful.
There's a few details that let this otherwise great hotel down and can be improved given the price. The doors make noise from the force of others exiting and entering their rooms on the floor which is actually quite disruptive on repeat. The rooms were also fairly small even by European standards. Only one suitcase fits open and we were always shuffling past one another carefully.
The breakfast was quite average, it seemed like food only comes out once at the start of service so if you get there towards the end everything is cold. Variety was also minimal.
Fresh juice and coffee during breakfast was at an additional cost, which for that level of cost of room had always been included wherever we have stayed. (Even espresso). Two coffees and small juices were 17 euro. These are usually a minimum inclusion during breakfast service elsewhere.
Also for the price being paid there should be some porter service which there isn't.
The beds were harder than normal for a luxe hotel. They felt like basic room or motel type beds, pillows were passable.
The area is very affordable so value for money should be improved to ensure return visitors.
