Not so crowded, nice breakfast, very helpful staff.
Had to go back home early because of work. They let my brother stay instead of me.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, helpful, and attentive. They even went above and beyond to help me organise a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday, which made our trip extra special. I’m so grateful for their kindness and effort. Truly exceptional service and a wonderful experience!

The swimming pool was nice and the staff was polite. Also everything was always clean. The breakfast was decent. The location was good too.
Our room was a basement room and was not good because we didn’t expect to stay to a basement in a 4 star hotel, but it was our mistake that we didn’t see that the hotel offered basement room option. Anyway, the problem with it was that it lacked of balcony. It is not suitable for more than 1 night and it was not good value for the money.
The ad says that it offers “free parking”, but we found a place on the street near the hotel and there was only a camera pointing to the cars, and it was not marked as parking.
The breakfast was decent but the coffee was not good.
