Gute Lage im Zentrum Verhältnismässig günstig
Zimmer sind teils stark heruntergekommen Flecken auf dem Teppich, zerschlagene Spiegel, abfallende Tapeten, Wasserspuren an der Decke, Schimmel in der Dusche etc. (beim Appartement mit 4 Zimmern) Die Bauprofile ums Haus lassen vermuten, dass ein Neubau geplant ist, was angesichts des Zustands wohl früher oder später unumgänglich ist.
