Nitpicking here: the electric kettle doesn’t seem to stop itself when water is boiled.

Short walk from Interlaken West. Nice view from the balcony. Luggage storage facility is helpful. Host is prompt in response to message.
Would be good if have ramp for luggage for 2nd floor unit.

Lovely apartment in good location.
No WiFi. You need to sign up for a interlaken Free Card which did not work. We wasted a lot of time entering passport details etc and were unsuccessful. I asked for a code and was not assisted. So we had no WiFi.
Also there are notices about not setting the floor in the shower, but shower head needs fixing and not sufficient towels provided. Towels were not very good.
