The property was authentic and lovely, it was clean and had a lovely little courtyard with a lemon tree in it.
The owner was attentive, very communicative and an all round lovely host.
It’s located in a quiet street literally 10/15 minute walk from everything you would need out of Civitiavecchia.
Excellent value for money and would definitely stay again.

L’appartamento è spazioso e molto ben posizionato, a due passi dal centro e dal lungomare.
È anche silenzioso.
L’host è cordiale e disponibile.
Purtroppo la struttura è molto umida e maleodorante, servirebbe un buon impianto di ventilazione. Se si accendono contemporaneamente il condizionatore e il phon, salta subito la corrente. Lo sciacquone è molto rumoroso: dopo aver tirato l’acqua, il rumore persiste per molto tempo e spesso bisogna tornare a ritirarla (fastidioso soprattutto di notte).

Ambiente grande, molto spazio a disposizione.... pulizia eccellente...Gianni il proprietario, persona solare e molto alla mano i sin da subito si è mostrato disponibilissimo ...Casa a pochi metri a tutti i servizi, bar, farmacie, ristoranti etc....Ottima posizione a poche centinaia di metri dal mare ... Esperienza da rifare...Super consigliato!!!!!(

Tutto appartamento al piano terra accogliente e credo appena ristrutturato
Non mancava niente e inoltre vicino al lungomare e al centro storico
Qualche difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio ma un posto alla fine si trova
