MaryTerese was very sweet and helpful. The location is great. If you need a grocery store there is one a few blocks away called Pam. Lots of restaurants, shops and the beach are very close. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine in bath room. Got our laundry caught up before getting on the ship. Yay! Place is very clean.
Beds were a bit on the hard side. Just personal preference. Nothing fancy. There is not an elevator so if stairs are a problem you might want to keep looking.

La polizia era pessima per non dire oscena pavimento sconnesso mobili quasi inutilizzabili in quanto l'interno sporco e sciupato, divano rotto
