Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Villa Aelia! Der Pool war perfekt und auch der Gastgeber immer freundlich und gut erreichbar falls es Fragen oder Probleme gab.
Die Bäder könnten mal überholt werden. Das zweite Bad ist eigentlich ein Gäste WC mit Duscharmatur an der Wand. Für uns hat das völlig gereicht. Wir haben zum duschen nur das große Bad genommen und das kleine als Toilette für die Kinder.

Spacious villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 additional beds in the semi-open room above the living room.
800m to the sea, easy drives (5-10min) to the best beaches in Kos.

Inconvenient shower - no shower head holder, one needs to hold shower head by hand.
Kitchen is ancient and not very clean.

We were a group of 6. There was plenty of space for all of us. The outdoor area was lovely for a barbecue. The children had room to run around outside. The neighbourhood was very safe and it was within walking distance to the waterfront.
The cooking facilities were minimal, and the oven didn’t work although the owner was organising an electrician to look at it. The main bathrooms didn’t have privacy locks.
