The interior of villa Niba is divided into two separate levels. Moving to the corridor you will meet an open space with a spacious living room and dining area designed with you in mind! Gorgeous furniture with a comfortable large sofa and dining table features a Smart TV. A huge wall-to-wall window offers a view of the entire pool as well as a magnificent sea view, giving the sense that the outdoor area is an extension of the living room. The veranda is equipped with a dining table, perfect for the whole family and friends to gather and experience unique moments accompanied by incredible sea and sunset views! Relax in the tranquil atmosphere that this space offers and take a short break of coolness while gazing at the idyllic setting.
In the same space, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, waiting for you to practice your cooking skills and enjoy the delicacies you have prepared, along with your family and your friends!
When you are ready to relax, you will be happy to discover every bedroom comes with superior quality mattresses, luxury linens, and cozy towels. The three bedrooms designed in light colors fully furnished will impress and give you rest and comfort during your stay. We would like to inform our valued guests in advance that a hotel adjacent to the villa has been undergoing renovation works since last year. The works were delayed, and it is likely that some renovation activities will continue during this season, mainly inside the building.
While we do not have specific details about the nature of the work, please note that there may be some noise during the day.
The working hours are limited to 08:00–15:00, and no work takes place on Sundays, helping to ensure a quieter experience for most of the day and throughout the weekend.
