De zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, met fijne gesprekken en goede tips voor uitstapjes en prima eetgelegenheden. De verzorgde, mooie kamer en het ontbijt met zelfgemaakte jamsoorten, verse yoghurt en fruit in een verfijnd, aangenaam en bloemrijk interieur. Ook daarna mag je in het salon (met haard) nog verder genieten of in de mooie, rustige tuin met talrijke rozen. Bij mooi weer aan het verwarmde zwembad. Nabij Chinon in een groene omgeving: een aanrader!

We spent a few wonderful days at this property just outside Chinon, in a quiet, serene neighborhood surrounded by vineyards. The large garden is beautiful, with fruit trees, a swimming pool, and hammocks perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was served in the gazebo, and we enjoyed Marielle’s delicious homemade jams and other treats each morning.
Our bungalow was spotless and tastefully decorated, with a lovely outdoor seating area where we could sit in the mornings and evenings, listening to the birds and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Marielle and her husband are wonderful hosts, warm, social, and full of great recommendations for places to eat and explore in the area.
We would definitely love to return.
