We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Marghera and would absolutely recommend it, especially for anyone visiting Venice or staying in the area before or after a cruise, as we did. The location is excellent — very convenient for reaching Venice while also being in a quieter and more relaxing area. The apartment itself is spacious, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped. Honestly, it had everything we could possibly need (and even things we didn’t realize we would need!). It truly felt like a home away from home. A special thank you to the hosts, Julia and Franco, who were very nice. They were kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. One of the things that helped us the most was the fact that they own a car and were able to provide transportation for us: from the airport to the apartment; from the apartment to the cruise port and from the port back to the airport, all at reasonable prices. This made a huge difference for us because we were travelling with older ladies and wanted to avoid too much walking and stress with luggage and public transportation. In fact, my mum and aunt loved the apartment so much that they said they would happily come back just for the apartment itself 😊 Thank you again for such a lovely stay!

Very nice and cozy apartment, with full facilities, there was everything you could think of to make the stay very comfortable and pleasant. Great location, 15 mins walk to Mestre train station, close to shops, little bars, restaurants and other public transport amenities. Excellent communication with the owners Julia and Franco, who are very helpful and answer all the questions. We had a bottle of nice wine as a good start to our stay ☺️

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

A lakás tiszta és jól felszerelét valamint megfelelő méretű 3 gyerekkel való pihenéshez. A szállásadó kedves és segítőkész. A lakás kiváló bázispont a környező látnivalók eléréséhez!

A lakóház környzete nem túl izgalamas :)
