The location was great, just outside the hustle of Venice with a dedicated free large parking lot directly adjacent to the building exterior security gate. Loved the fact that there were two large bathrooms, one with a bidet and tub and the other with a nice size shower and both a washer and dryer! Bed was pretty comfortable in the primary bedroom.
All the cabinets, drawers, closets and refridgerator/freezer needed to be wiped out. With only 16 clothes pins it is difficult to hang more than one small load at a time on the two convenient clothes lines on the balcony outside the primary bedroom. A laundry basket would also be very helpful, although the plastic baby bath I found in one of the hall closets worked in a pinch. There is no furniture on either of the balconies and it would be ideal if there was a little bistro set on both, but especially the one off the kitchen. Although their are security shutters on all the windows, blackout curtains would be a nice touch and allow more fresh air to pass through in the cooler parts of the day.

Excelente ubicación, muy amplio, limpio y seguro. Estuvimos muy cómodos , el dpto cuenta con todo lo necesario para los huéspedes. El estacionamiento muy cómodo ya que se encuentra cruzando la calle .
