La struttura ci è piaciuta molto. Ben arredata, posizione tranquilla. Aperi è una base strategica per girare tutta l’isola.
Noi avevamo il monolocale per due persone con il letto sul soppalco (unica pecca che devi tenere ta testa bassa altrimenti pesti sul soffitto)

Annika’s place is a newly renovated large house with high quality touches and a modern design.
The house is actually even better than the pictures!
It’s brand new and equipped with literally everything, from coffee capsules and a Nespresso machine, to a fully equipped kitchen with many utensils and consumables.
It was one of the most enjoyable houses I have stayed and I am sure that anyone would appreciate its quality.
The host was accurate and immediate at responding to all our needs.
If I revisit Karpathos I would definitely stay at this house.
The location is only 10-15minute drive from Pigadia and it’s location is good if you plan to visit northern parts of the island such as Olympos and Diafani (boat to Saria).
It deserves 10 plus!

L'appartamento è nuovo e pulito.
L’accoglienza è stata inesistente: prima dell’arrivo avevamo chiesto informazioni ma le risposte sono state sbrigative e poco d’aiuto. Per trovare l’appartamento ci è stato inviato soltanto un video in greco, e ci è stato semplicemente suggerito di prendere un taxi per raggiungere il villaggio.
Il caratteristico villaggio in cui si trova la struttura non offre servizi, sarebbe utile sapere prima dell'arrivo cosa realmente è a disposizione.
All'arrivo non abbiamo trovato i kit bagno indicati nella descrizione: mancavano doccia schiuma, sapone mani, shampoo, carta igienica e phon (arrivati il giorno successivo su nostra richiesta),il tappetino doccia non è mai stato fornito. Lenzuola e asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati durante il soggiorno di una settimana, non c'era neppure una coperta o un cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani, elementi che sarebbero indispensabili considerando che non c’è un servizio di pulizie né alcun contatto con il proprietario o un referente sul posto.
L'appartamento, nuovo e ben arredato ha di fronte a distanza molto ravvicinata un edificio che copre completamente la vista degli ampia vallata. La camera da letto si raggiunge tramite delle scomode scale,l'altezza della stanza non supera h 1,60, il materasso è appoggiato a terra.Tali caratteristiche andrebbero segnalate in modo trasparente e chiaro.
Nel complesso, l’esperienza non è rientrata negli standard di ospitalità delle nostre precedenti esperienze ci auguriamo che la nostra recensione sia uno spunto per migliorare.
