Location of the house + an amazing view (if you stand and are taller than 1,50m). Nice sunrises and sunsets included.
Generally the house is quite modern with large windows almost everywhere.

There is washing machine which can be used to wash the pillows.
Upon arrival we had to clean up: cupboards dirty with soil, we found loads of old food in the drawers, used towels and bed linen were distributed in the house. The baking oven we decided to leave alone. All in all we spent about 1 hour to clean up.
Generally there was little room to store luggage cos everything is already stuffed. Moreover, one cupboard in the bedroom was so smelly (smoke) that it could not be used. I would not recommend to book this house with more than 5 people.
The floor heating was on occasionally - even though it was warm. No way for you to control the temperature.
The rainwater gutter has holes and also entertains you in the night with drippy sounds.
The water meter is in the ground - I recommend to use two forks to get rid of the lid.
The four doors in the main area have no shutters, the sun is quite glaring in the morning and evening - I recommend to use a towel.
