The house was very clean and well furnished. Everything we needed was available - including so many things we never expected to be. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked amazingly in the high temperatures.

The place was exactly what was needed at the time for our guys who were working in Sinton. Enjoyed the stay

Not practical for 4 adult males.
Kitchen amenities were severely lacking. No dishwasher. Kitchen sink clogged and would not drain properly.
Pictures were misleading, much smaller than anticipated. Outdoor areas unkempt and unusable. Massive ant colony at front porch. Water was turned off for approximately 8 hours.
