- Rear alley access to the double garage affords two parking spaces for midsize or standard size vehicles (No oversized SUV's)

Newport Beach is the premier vacation destination in Southern California. Boasting one of the best recreational harbor and beaches the world has to offer. Easy access to the famous boardwalk, and the nearby Newport Pier area, as well as eateries, shopping, groceries, coffee shops, Lido Marina Village, and many other conveniences, make this location ideal for walking and biking to all your desired destinations without ever having to get in your car! Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, etc. Contact us for more information!

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

My family and I stayed here together and really enjoyed our stay. Having a separate living area downstairs was very helpful while my baby napped upstairs to curb sound. Everything was well stocked and clean.

The house was ok. Large enough for all of us. We had a few issues that management took care of for us immediately. It would have been nice to know that there was construction outside the master bedroom. With no a/c we couldn’t keep windows or sliding door cracked because of the noise and had to keep curtains drawn always because workers could see in. The master shower only had a tiny soap dish to hold our toiletries. Would recommend shower caddy at minimum. Dishes needed to be cleaned before we used them (specifically the pots and pans) which were very old and dingy. Part of the house was recently updated but the kitchen and master bath were very dated. Very rickety lower patio furniture and not very well stocked with kitchen items and absolutely no beach items. People who fly in from out of state should be aware of this. We vacation multiple times per year in Newport and sadly this home was not up to standard with previous homes we have rented. We had a nice time and the beds, linens etc were comfortable.
