Our family rented both floors of this house and found it comfortable, well supplied, conveniently located, and clean. Manager Rich was very helpful in getting us checked in and oriented. Garage is typical for this area—tight to get into even with a small car. But we found some nearby street parking.

We had the best time celebrating the weekend with a group of 12! We rented both unit is and it was spacious, clean and conveniently located to the beach. We were greeted by Rollo when we arrived who showed us around the house and gave us some tips for things in the area. I would highly reccomend this location or any of their properties

As a family of 8 adults and 4 kids (all between the ages of 1-6), this location and property was perfect. We rented the upper and lower unit. The upper units had air conditioning, while the lower did not, although many fans are there just incase. We’ve never gone to the beach so much! Because of the location, we were able to immediately wake up and go to the beach, come back for breakfast, go back to the beach, the. Come back for lunch and naps, then go back before dinner. Kids and adults enjoyed it. We loved being able to sit outside together in the cool weather. Property itself had everything needed and easy to find. Couldn’t thank the property manager enough for all the support and communication. The most challenging was parking, but easy enough if you have patience and willing to walk. All expected for the location. Amazing! And thank you.

Property managers were great, quickly addressed any issues. Units were perfect for our families and had plenty of bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys for everyone!
