Location is amazing. We enjoyed our stay at Promenade Rose very much and will stay there again for sure.
Kotor old town is about 30 minutes by foot.
Small beach just in front of the apartment. Water is clear and nice.
Price is high. But it's adequate to market rates for Kotor in summer season.

The apartment was right in front of the sea and its like it has its own beach (2 meter in front of it). It had a great balcony with breathtaking view. The best part is the hostess ho was so kind and helping, for whatever you need. We will come again here, for sure!

The view from this place is absolutely breathtaking It is like a living painting. You could sit for hours just soaking it in. The host is a truly lovely lady. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and she made us feel like welcome guests in her home. The location is great, within walking distance to the Old Town, with several scenic restaurants along the way. A wonderful stay overall. We would love to come back!
The bathroom is recently renovated and very clean, while the bedroom and kitchen are a bit older but still charming and functional.

The views are outstanding. Truly exceptional. The mountains surrounding you are amazing. I could hear the guests above, but overall was a quiet property, not a lot of guests staying at the time. The surrounding area was quiet for the most part also. It was nice to be just slightly outside of the touristy areas. Very easy to walk to attractions and restaurants. The host was incredibly kind, and very easy to communicate with.
The check in was a slightly unorganized compared to other check ins I have had. But was sorted fine. The pictures advertised do look better on the site, than in person. There truly is so much potential with this property. Decor and furniture is a little dated, sort of lacking and not very inviting. The bathroom is incredibly small, and shower isn’t the greatest, just very tight. Everything just seemed a little on the basic side for the cost of the stay. But you are mainly paying for the views. Even though it was chilly when I stayed (October) I was on the balcony most of the time. Internet is ok. Not strong in the bedrooms. There is a little market right there but it is over priced. Better to walk a little further to the main markets.
