Near Ravenna, within a private green garden park, 2 detached houses with independent entrances are also rented separately: Casa del Gallo and Cascina delle Rondini.
Convenient to the sea, an excellent base for excursions to sites of cultural interest (Ravenna, Rimini, Bologna, Ferrara, Venice, Comacchio, Faenza, Cervia), nature (Po Delta Park) and Mirabilandia.
The recently renovated houses with fine finishes, bright, quiet and surrounded by greenery, are located in Sant'Alberto, which offers numerous services (supermarket, pharmacy, bar, tobacconist's) that can also be reached on foot.
The Casa del Gallo country house has two floors. On the ground floor: dining area with equipped kitchenette (plus dishwasher), TV, double bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning.
On the upper floor:
-double bedroom (and extra single bed) + air conditioning + private bathroom;
- double/twin bedroom (and extra single bed) + air conditioning + private bathroom.
Wardrobe/closet.
Bed linen and towels provided and independent heating.
Cascina delle Rondini country house consists of: living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchen (plus dishwasher) with porch, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 1 triple bedroom with bathroom. Possibility of adding a baby bed. Air conditioning and TV. Bed linen and towels provided and independent heating.
Possibility of parking inside the property.

The house is set in a large, well-kept garden. All rooms are clean, and the kitchen is functionally equipped. It is very quiet because it is not directly on the road.The landlady is very friendly, responds quickly to inquiries, and speaks very good English. Check-in and check-out are easy, as the landlady lives next door.Ravenna, with its cultural treasures, can be reached by car in 25 minutes, and the sea in 20 minutes. There is a small pizzeria in town; restaurants are more commonly found in seaside towns.We felt very comfortable and highly recommend the house for a peaceful stay.Thanks to Ms. Merighi.Please note that the address is incorrect in the holiday apartment app. It's house number 24, not 240.

Our family stayed at casa del Gallo during the F1 race. The house is beautiful and in a great location. The host was also extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful romantic house with a beautiful garden.
Very comfortable - a separate bathroom for each bedroom.
All amenities - e.g. air conditioning.
Located in a small cozy town in close proximity to many beaches. Great place for sunbathing and active recreation - sightseeing - Commachio, Ravenna, Bologna. National Parks, cycling tours around the beautiful lake.
Kindest owner Anna - told us where to sunbathe, what to visit.
We highly recommend !!!
Wspaniały klimatyczny dom w przepięknym ogrodzie.
Bardzo wygodny - do każdej sypialni osobna łazienka.
Wszystkie udogodnienia - np. klimatyzacja.
Położony w małej kameralnej miejscowości w bliskim dystansie do wielu plaż. Świetne miejsce do plażowania i aktywnego wypoczynku - zwiedzania - Commachio, Ravenny, Bolonii. Parków Narodowych, wycieczek rowerowych wokół pięknego jeziora.
Przemiła właścicielka Anna - podpowiedziała nam gdzie warto plażować, co warto zwiedzić.

Wir haben uns in dem geräumigen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es steht ein riesiger Garten mit Hängematten, eine gemütliche Terrasse und Sitzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung. Alles ist schön eingerichtet, die Bäder sind ganz neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzerin ist äußerst freundlich, kinderlieb und sehr hilfsbereit. Es steht eine Waschmaschine, jedoch keine Spülmaschine zur Verfügung. Im Ort steht alles für die täglichen Besorgungen bereit, tolle Strände in ca. 15 km Entfernung. Wir haben sehr viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht (Bologna, Ravenna, San Marino, Ferrara, Choggia etc.). Sehr empfehlenswert!
