The apartment was super-clean on arrival and very well equipped with plenty of bedding and towels, everything I needed for the kitchen and bathroom, and a dishwasher and washing machine - like a home from home! The bedrooms are at the back, which meant that even during Fallas they were lovely and quiet and getting a good night's sleep was no problem. It is walking distance from shops, coffee shops, the metro and a good hospital (just in case!).
The lounge-diner is quite dark because the street is narrow, so you need the lights on for quite a bit of the day, but in the summer that could be a positive thing, as it would keep it cool. Other than that, it really was a very good apartment.

入室の際の鍵の使用方法が難しかったです。デバイスがダウンロードできなかったので時間がありました。
ロケーションも慣れると便利です。センターから少し離れるので、交通になれる時間が必要でしょう。清掃から全て自分でやるようになりますから、普通にアパートを借りるのと同じです。広いので、清掃は大変ですが、快適です。

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser schönen, sauberen, hellen und mit allem ausgestatteten Wohnung gewohnt. Sie ist in drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und eine sehr große Wohn-Essküche sowie einen kleinen Balkon aufgeteilt.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, inkl. Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine, alles Küchenequipment ist ausreichend vorhanden. Es steht eine Tassimo Kaffeemaschine und Toaster zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung verfügt über gutes WLAN, Fernseher und eine gut funktionierende zentrale Raumtemperaturregelung mit Kühlfunktion.
Bei Bezug stand eine Erstausstattung an Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Kaffeepads, Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs usw. zur Verfügung welche im Lauf des Aufenthalts einfach durch selbst gekauftes wieder aufgefüllt wurde.
Die Wohnung hat eine gute, zentrale Lage.
Die Metro Station Patraix ist wie ein Aldi und Consum Märkt in etwa 300m fussläufig erreichbar. Von der Metrostation aus sind die Stadtteile super mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln verbunden.
Wenn man sich nicht scheut, ca. 1,5 Km zu Fuss zu gehen, dann ist die Innenstadt auch auf Schusters Rappen erkundbar.
Ein Bäcker befindet sich etwa 60 Meter entfernt, etwas weiter gibt es mehrere Böckereien. Obstläden und regionale Gastronomie ist rundherum problemlos verfügbar.
Am Samstag ist Wochenmarkt in diesem Stadtteil, dieser ist etwa 200 m entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist über ein App gesteuertes Schliesssystem zu öffnen, welches problemlos zu handhaben ist.
Im Haus steht ein Aufzug und ein Treppenhaus zur Nutzung bereit.
Die Betten waren überzogen, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher standen zur Verfügung.
Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen- wirklich alles da,..
Die Kaution wurde problemlos innerhalb einer Woche zurückerstattet.
Wir können nur sagen, tolle Wohnung, gute Lage, tolles Personal, macht weiter so.
