About this villa rental
Villa Campana is an exclusive Tuscany villa rental, in the Valdera area near Volterra.
The villa offers all amenities: inside it is tastefully furnished, with large, bright rooms, including 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Outside, guests can enjoy a large private pool with sun deck, a barbecue area and an immense garden.
The house is located near the owner’s farm, and the farm products are on the menu at the local restaurant, just 1000 meters from the villa. At the farm there is also a stable if you’d like to learn horse riding.
Villa Campana is surrounded by splendid hill scenery, a setting where you are sure to find tranquility, fun and relaxation.
Access to the villa is via 1 km of unpaved road in good condition.
At guests’ disposal: large private garden; large private pool (20,5 x 8,5 meters; minimum depth: 1,10 meter; maximum depth: 1,40 meters); a section of the pool is perfect for small children (5,5 x 4,5 meters, depth 0,20 meters); barbecue area; fire pit; Wifi internet; air conditioning; 4 bedrooms + 2 double suites, each with large bathtub in the room
Distances: Fabbrica with food shops 3 km away, Volterra with shops of all kinds 18 km away, Pisa 50 km, Florence 50 km, Castelfalfi with golf course 20 km away.

È sempre vero che ogni esperienza è soggettiva e cambia in merito alle emozioni che viviamo, tuttavia l’ambiente che ci circonda influisce fortemente sulle nostre vite, e villa campana è un posto davvero indicato per trascorrere del tempo di qualità con le persone importanti della tua vita. Abbiamo organizzato un team building con tutta l’azienda e abbiamo trovato una disponibilità esemplare da parte del proprietario che ci ha omaggiato con i prodotti di sua produzione e dalla sua assistente che ci è stata ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno. Qualora tu che stai leggendo decidessi che è arrivato il momento di goderti le colline Toscane, buon vino, e esperienze uniche, ti consiglio di prendere in considerazione questo posto.

Great villa (new, quiet, clean....), perfect rest, the owner and his team are very very helpful and eager to fulfill all your wishes and to spend a relaxing and wonderful holiday in Tuscany.

My husband, I and our children (and little dogs) had a wonderful time at Villa Campana. The large villa, with nice designer furniture and huge private pool is quietly located on a small hill overlooking the beautiful area. The villa is about 30-45 minutes away from several famous Italian areas to visit. We loved the quiet area and being in nature. We were looking for a place to spend a relaxing family vacation. Anja - the private villa hostess - made our stay just perfect. If we missed something or felt to have some special local food, she was able to get it organized. If you are looking for something relaxing like this, we can definitely recommend this villa.
