Villa Scala is an old farmhouse renovated by the owner with great care and attention to detail to transform it into a splendid rustic house that will allow you to spend peaceful and unforgettable holidays.
It is located on the hills in the hinterland of Lake Garda, just above the town of Caprino Veronese, the spaces are large and well-kept both inside and outside and from the large terraces you can enjoy a magnificent view of Mount Baldo and the valley below with Lake Garda in the distance.
Outside we find private parking and flower gardens in every corner while the interior welcomes us with floors and bathroom details in fine marble and with high quality furnishings creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will give you a feeling of great comfort making you feel at home.
The villa has 3 large double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, one with shower and bathtub, large kitchen with fireplace, 2 dining areas inside as well as 2 outside and 2 living rooms with fireplace.
The outdoor patio is furnished with a large dining table, barbecue, fireplace and ping pong table.
The strategic position allows you to quickly reach the lake shores, the motorway toll booths and the romantic city of Verona.
Spas, water parks and amusement parks are just a few minutes drive from the property.
The Villa is equipped with satellite TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi.
Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No type of food, drink or consumable material (soap, shampoo, etc.) is provided.

Having two cars this was perfect for our family. It was 20-30 minutes to drive to Bardolino, Garda etc and about 45 minutes to drive to the Monte Baldo lookout. There is a great restaurant with a view right around the corner, you could walk if you wanted.
It was very hot while we were there so we opted to drive most places. The games etc provided were nice for the down time between our adventures and the other amenities would have been perfect had we stayed longer.
Even without AC the house wasn't overly hot even on the super hot days and the provided fans helped a lot.
Overall it is a beautiful villa in a beautiful spot.
