Villa Loredana is located in an exclusive position a few steps from the main road and enjoys perfect privacy and breathtaking lake views.
It is a perfect location for families with children who want to have fun and relax. The advantage of having a gate that closes and isolates the pool area, a large garden completely enclosed and closed by hedges to make the whole setting perfectly private, certainly give more relaxation and carefree.
The villa has large areas that can accommodate up to 10 people: tables with 10 seats, large lake view pool (10 meters by 4 meters, depth ranging from 1. 20 to 2. 20) with diving board for acrobatic dives and sensational water games especially appreciated by the little ones of the house.
A peaceful, familiar setting, with the comfort of a luxury villa: this is Villa Loredana.
The villa is arranged on three floors with a total of 400 square meters.
Opening the doors of Villa Loredana you will have the opportunity to enter in a fantastic scenery and enjoy from the beginning its beauty and elegance: it will be as feeling at your own home.
The incredible scenery of the living area with a large living room with a table and seating for 10 people, a large relaxation area with sofas and armchairs, refined and cozy furnishings. The part certainly more beautiful and suggestive? Surely the spectacular covered patio, where you could enjoy breakfasts, lunches, dinners, organized by our company with service of Chef at home, moments of relaxation, afternoon coffee, also sweet doing nothing. The view from the balcony is really dreamy, the area is quiet and peaceful.
To conclude, then, the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with a six-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, gas oven, coffee maker nespresso, american coffee machine and kettle, a bathroom and a utility room.
The first floor consists of the sleeping area:
one double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, the master bedroom with king-size bed, a charming private balcony for unforgettable intimate moments, a private bathroom with jacuzzi and a stocked minibar.
A romantic setting especially in the evening with a backdrop of Lake Garda. The full moon evenings are certainly the most suggestive.
Each room is equipped with individual air conditioner.
The very large and well studied lower floor consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, television, minibar provided.
In the villa is available the air conditioning with extra payment. If requested, the guest will pay the fixed quote of €135 by cash at the check in (payments with credit cards have an increase of 2% for bank commissions). After the payment the check in assistant will give the remotes for AC and the instructions for the use.
To conclude: the laundry, a beautiful tavern with working pinball and a gym area.
The villa provides towels, bed linen, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
In every space of Villa there is also free WIFI.

Very nice and large living area.
Please be aware of the fact that you more or less need a car, because the next bakery, shops are too far away for walking.
We had problems finding the place. Access is only possible for vehicles with less than 2 m diameter.

A stunning property in an amazing setting. Suitable for a large family with good room choices. You definitely need a car to access larger shops/tourist locations.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was in a quiet location within easy reach of the lake and several places to eat. It has a fabulous view and a good pool and 2 BBQ areas. The downstairs bedroom was not ideal being a bit cold and damp and we would have preferred not to have to use it. We had very small children with us and we concluded it would be a better villa for adults and older children. Overall though a lovely villa.

I stayed here with my family of 6 - including our 4 children aged 17 to 22. We had a wonderful 2 week holiday and really want to go back - in fact we didnt want to leave! The house was very spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you could want (dishwasher, washing machine, very effective air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room). The views were spectacular especially from the balconies, as well as the pool side. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was large with lots of seating around it and a great setting for our many barbeques. There is also plenty of room to park a car. It is really well situated, with many restaurants nearby and about a 7 minute walk to the lake edge, down the hill, and about 20 minutes on foot into Toscolano Maderno where there are lots of cafes etc. On arrival Samanta met us without a problem (despite the late arrival of our plane) and was absolutely charming and unfailingly helpful and even arranged for two fantastic chefs to come and cook us an amazing meal at the villa one evening. We are so grateful to her for helping us enjoy such a great holiday and really hope to return next year.
