Beautiful villa with a nice view, closest neighbours are pretty far. A lot of space. Free parking. The jacuzzi is amazing. The host is helpful and nice. Highly recommend!

The view was truly amazing, we also like that the house was big enough to accommodate 8 people with separate bedrooms perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped, and I have to mention also the sea-view jacuzzi on the terrace. :)

One of the best accommodations we had lately. The owner, Enej, was very helpful and friendly, all was prepared and clean, even got a bottle of sparkling wine prepared in the fridge and a box full of coffee as a gift for us. Location is quiet and private, walking distance to Portoroz and even Piran. If we have a returning holiday, I will first check if this villa is available before searching elsewhere.

Great view, lots of room
Be aware there are lots of steps. I suspect the AC would have trouble keeping up in the summer. It wasn’t a real problem for us in October, but we were glad we weren’t there in July. One water heater leaked and the second didn’t work. The host fixed the second one the day after we reported it. The host asked for additional payment the morning of our departure. We declined.
