The location was fabulous. The rooftop verandah provided a brilliant almost 360° view over the Piran marina and up towards the square and church. Brilliant at sunset.
The layout of the rooms was a bit quirky but this shouldn’t put people off. It was a lot quieter than I was expecting it to be.
The host Katja couldn’t have been more helpful. Was impressed by her support and on call availability. She made things very easy.
The steps are tricky with a suitcase.
Piran is hard if you have a vehicle, but that is not the fault.

View from the rooftop was great, airco did a good job.
Way to expensive for what you get, a lot of things not in order such as: entrance with stairs needs renovation, leaking shower, front door was never locked (anyone could acces the rooftop terrace), barking dogs in the building, doorhandle kept falling off, waspnest nearby the rooftop (not possible to eat outside), wifi password didnt work, etc... you can ger better value for the same money booking somewhere else (like hotel Piran an bit further down the road).
