10 person holiday home in Løkken-By Traum

Holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna on a large, slightly hilly dune and natural plot just approx. 200 m from the beach at Grønhøj. You have great views of the ocean from both house and plot. There is open concept kitchen and living room with underfloor heating, 4 bedrooms, 2 mezzanines and 2 bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. One of the bathrooms has a wall-hung changing table. The house was renovated in 2010 and appears modern, bright and appealing throughout as well as being very well-kept. Due to the ramps, extra wide doorways and no loose carpets the house is suited for the disabled. There is a wood-burning stove for cosy and low-cost heating. One of the mezzanines has an extra TV and DVD player. There is also a PlayStation2. The patio has a brick barbecue. Large open as well as covered terrace. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
