Newly built and modern holiday home with hot tub and infrared sauna located on a natural plot in a large holiday home area by Grønhøj Strand, which has one of Northern Europe's very best beaches, stretching for miles with fine white sand and high dunes. The holiday home was built in 2025 and is bright and spacious, well insulated and extremely well laid out. There is room for the large family who want to help with the cooking or the individual who wants to enjoy cooking for themselves but does not want to miss out on the activities that their fellow travelers are enjoying. A real conversation house, with the kitchen located in the middle of the house. Yet with the option to retreat if preferred. The house is modernly furnished and decorated, and a cozy atmosphere has been created with two sofa groups at each end of the living room. The large windows, heat pump, and high insulation mean that you can expect lower energy consumption in the house. The living room is open to the well-equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom with a two-person spa bath and access to the infrared sauna, as well as a guest toilet with shower. There are three bedrooms with double beds and closet space, and a large loft with four beds. There is a lovely terrace where you can always find shelter, sun, or shade. The large terrace is fenced in, so the youngest members of the family can play outside while the adults relax. Or you can lie down in peace and sunbathe. The grounds are flat and natural, perfect for playing with the children and enjoying time around the barbecue.Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
