About this house rental
Vacation apartment in a semi-detached house with shared pool, about 15 km from Civitanova Marche, on a green hill overlooking the countryside of the Marche region. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen-living room with double sofa bed from which you can reach the small garden fenced by hedges and shaded by a beautiful olive tree, and a bathroom with shower. Underfloor heating and air conditioning are available. Outside and shared with the other twin apartment (IMK177): Laundry with dryer, children's playground and outdoor area. To be shared with the guests of IMK159 and IMK177: Outdoor pool, children's playground, outdoor area and fitness facilities. About 25 km away is the beautiful city of Macerata, whose landmark is the Sferisterio, scene of an interesting opera season of international importance. Here you can also visit the Palazzo Ricci art gallery and, in the charming Piazza della Libertà, the city tower with its planetary clock. From the top of the tower, the panoramic view of the city and the surrounding countryside to the sea is of incomparable beauty. The nearby town of Monte San Giusto is also worth a visit and lights up in a thousand colors in an atmosphere of joy during the Clown & Clown Festival (usually at the end of September). Here you can also visit the beautiful Palazzo Bonafede and the church of Santa Maria della Pietà. And to make your vacation even more interesting, on request the owners will organize a course for you to bake pizza.
