About this villa rental
Villa Trau' is composed of two floors, on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (two doubles, one small single), a sofa bed, plus there are two other folding beds (for children) for a total of 8 beds, a kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms. On the ground floor, a living room, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. A large garden of 3000 square meters fully equipped (barbecue, hammocks, swing garden bed, swing sofa). I rent only the first floor, on the ground floor the owner lives with his family (three people). The climate is excellent always very cool! Villa Trau' is located 5 minutes from the sea and 15 from Senigallia (by car). Discounted price for families with children and for those who book long periods.

The house is spacious and stylishly furnished and beautifully situated among olive trees on a hill in the countryside. Just a picture. We were well received by Francesco and his wife. We were allowed to contact them about issues, but there were none. Truly one of the most beautiful locations in a beautiful area that we have experienced in ItItaly. Highly recommended
