About this house rental
This charming holiday apartment, approximately 62 m² in size, spans the ground floor and the attic of a hillside house. From the terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the lake extending into Switzerland, the surrounding landscape, and the picturesque village of Wangen.
Location & Access
The apartment is accessed via a long staircase from the parking area. A storage space for bicycles is available. Please note that due to the stairs, access may not be suitable for individuals with mobility impairments.
Layout
Ground Floor: The entrance area, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower cabin, as well as a separate toilet, are located on this level.
Attic: A staircase leads to the open-plan living and dining area, which offers magnificent views through large windows and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen and the bedroom, featuring two single beds (each 90 cm wide), a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe, are also located here.
Amenities
Living Area: A TV (satellite) and a radio with Bluetooth functionality are available.
Sleeping Arrangements: The sofa can be used as an extra bed for a third person. Please note that this area cannot be darkened and receives early morning light. Guests using this sleeping option must bring their own bedding (duvet and pillow).
Kitchen: Fully equipped, including a spacious freezer.
Important Information
Bed linen and towels are not provided and must be brought by guests.
Non-smoking apartment: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Atemberaubende Aussicht vom Balkon/Gaube! Treppenlaufen sollte kein Problem sein, dann ist die Wohnung nur zu empfehlen!

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick auf den Untersee/ Bodensee. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Siedlung. Alle notwendigen Dinge sind vorhanden. Das schönste an der Wohnung ist der Balkon/ Terrasse. Alles Ausflugziele sind problemlos mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Für ältere Personen ist die Wohnung nicht optimal wegen den vielen Stufen zum Haus.

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Sie besticht durch einen wunderschönen Balkon mit traumhaften Blick auf das Schweizer Bodenseeufer.
Die Einrichtung ist einfach aber geschmackvoll . Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für erholsame Urlaubstage braucht. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Grandiose Aussicht: Die Wirklichkeit übertrifft noch die Bilder! Wunderschön ausgebaute Dach-Wohnung auf 2 Ebenen. Traumhafte Dachterrasse: Wir haben sehr oft daheim gegessen, denn kein Restaurant kann bei diesem Ausblick mithalten.
Der Aufstieg am Hang ist etwas mühsam, wird aber sofort belohnt mit der Aussicht, die sich dann bietet. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt - wir haben an der Ausstattung nichts vermisst. Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig. Gehbehinderte sollten diese Wohnung keinesfalls buchen. Ansonsten ist sie uneingeschänkt Jedem zu empfehlen! Wir werden ganz sicher versuchen, diese Wohnung erneut zu buchen!
