Come and have a pleasant stay in this cocooning flat in Rennes, located near the Thabor park!
Warm and bright, this flat is the perfect pied-à-terre for two, three or four people!
This flat on the 1st floor without lift is composed as follows:
- A living room with television, three-seater sofa, armchair, and folding table to eat comfortably for four.
- A kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, small appliances... and a side table for breakfast.
- A shower room with rain shower, hair dryer and mirror (separate WC).
- Two bedrooms with 140cm wide bed, dressing room, desk and manual shutters.
A bicycle room is available on the ground floor of the building.
Ideally located in a very pleasant area close to all the shops (bakery, mini-market...), this flat will allow you to have a fast access to the place Hoche, to the historical street Sainte-Melaine and to the park of Thabor.
Sheets and towels of 4/5 star hotel quality are provided, as well as tea towels, bath mats and some welcome products. The beds are made up on arrival: all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay in the accommodation. Wifi access is free.
Access :
It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city centre.
The first bus station (Musset Cité U station) is close by and will take you to the city centre in 15 minutes.
Access to the train station is either by bus C1 in 35 minutes (stop less than 10 minutes walk from the "Guéhenno" accommodation), or in 25 minutes by accessing the Sainte-Anne metro stop, 20 minutes walk from the accommodation.
Access to the airport is by bus C1 and then by bus 57 which changes at "La Criée" station. You will be there in 50 minutes.

Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
