Large cottage "La Bell'aria", detached. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Frinco, in an elevated position. Private: property 4'500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, meadow. Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, badminton, patio, pergola (20 m2), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue house, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Bus stop 1 km. Nearby attractions: Asti 15 km, Casale Monferrato 37 km, Alba 45 km, La Morra 55 km, Barolo 52 km, Torino 76 km. Please note: car recommended. The tub is open from 30.04. to 15.09. The pool of the Bistro (20 x4 m, 01.06.-15.09.) located at a distance of ca. 100 m, can be used by our guests for a fee of: EUR 15 per person/day.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming accommodation in Piedmont! The location is stunning, nestled among beautiful vineyards and rolling hills, offering a true escape into the Italian countryside. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, reflecting the authentic character of the region.
What truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredibly warm and welcoming host. She went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my visit was perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail were remarkable—she provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions and was always available to help with any questions or requests.
I felt like I was staying with a dear friend rather than just a guest. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and delightful stay in Piedmont. I can’t wait to return!

We were a group of 6 adults and found this villa to be a great choice for our vacation. The bedrooms are located on several different floors - top floor has ensuite master and ensuite room with single beds. 2nd floor 3 bedrooms, one shared bathroom. First floor, laundry room with shower/toilet and a separte W.C. Kitchen and dining are on this floor.
The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of plates and glassware. Chefs knives all very sharp. Could have used another pan or two, but we made do just fine! Nice big range and sink. We all worked around the island and had fun preparing meals when we cooked in.
Great butcher, small grocer in Villa San Secondo - OK Market. We made quick runs to Tonco and Moncalvo for provisions. Supermarkets are nearby and getting into Asti was painless for several trips in.
The villa has plenty of outdoor space for reading, finding a corner for yourself. Nice outdoor BBQ area, with lovely views of the surrounding hills. On a clear day you can see the Alps. Just stunning. The villa is tastefully appointed with thoughtful antiques and decor.
The surroundings are quiet and make for lovely walks.
Fulvia is a most gracious host. Quick to answer questions or make suggestions to ensure that your holiday is the best! We loved meeting her and would happily stay at this property again.

We stayed for a long weekend and the house is even better in person than in photos. It is taken care of and the owners make sure that you have a comfortable stay. You will need a car to get to the property and get around but you will also find a big supermarket/shopping center with everything you might need just a 15min drive from the house (ASTI). The place is a perfect base for wine tasting as there are plenty of wineries in the area.
