About this apartment rental
Well-kept and modern holiday apartment located with a beautiful view to both water, beach, forest and meadow at Juelsminde just approx. 100 meters from the building. The apartment is very bright and stylish and is the first in a row, and therefore has a large terrace, where you can find either shelter or sun all day. Here, both children and dogs can safely enjoy themselves, as it is closed all the way around. On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen, which is an extension of a bright and cozy living room and spacious dining area. On the ground floor you will also find both toilet and shower. TV via Chromecast streaming. On the 1st floor are three bedrooms and a loft, which invites an older child or teenager to have their own place. Here you will also find a spacious bathroom with whirlpool, which invites to wellness and cosiness. From the holiday apartment you have a view of an exciting nature playground, where both adults and children can have many hours to go with fun and games. From here also starts a mountain bike route with trails into the forest and around the countryside. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
