About this house rental
In the popular holiday home area Teglgården in Hejlsminde you will find this completely renovated holiday home with a fantastic view of the sea both from the house and the grounds. The heart of the cottage is the large kitchen-dining room, where light almost pours in via the very large windows. The two large sliding doors give you access to the very large terrace, while you get a feeling that the indoor and outdoor life are almost connected. The house has two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the loft, which has stairs to from the spacious kitchen-dining room. Here you will find the two large bedrooms and a smaller living room between the rooms. In the living room on the loft you will find a skylight, which can be opened, so you enjoy the most amazing views of the Little Belt and beyond the area. In the annex there is a double bed and an independent toilet and sink, which will probably be popular with both older and younger. The house is completely renovated in a modern / exclusive style and has a pellet stove and heat pump, which can ensure you cheap heat and or act as air conditioning in the summer. The outdoor life is something very special. On the large wooden terrace you will find a separate and very cozy covered lounge area, where you can relax until late in the evening. Among other things, outdoor furniture and a hammock. At the annex you will find an outdoor shower, which is on in the summer, so after days at the beach you can get a rinse. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

What a fantastic place! The interior was beautifully decorated and the rooms were spacious, We felt at home immediately, The outdoor areas offered stunning views, especially at sunset, We also loved the nearby dining options, particularly Restaurant Baade og, which was just a short drive away, Would definitely come back!
