Matty’s Place is a lovely two bedroomed property in the village of Lixwm, perfectly located to enjoy walks in the surrounding countryside or stroll over to the local pub to get a taste of Welsh hospitality.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. . Garden with decking and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Lixwm is situated close to the towns of Mold, Holywell and seaside town of Prestatyn. If walking is your passion, then the highest hill in the Clwydian range, Moel Famau and the Offa’s Dyke path are both on the doorstep waiting to be conquered. This two bedroomed property is tucked away near woodlands offering a quiet and peaceful retreat.
The lounge, dining room and kitchen are well designed in an open living style. There is a Smart TV, comfortable sofas and electric heater providing a cosy space to relax in the evening. For those who like to cook, the kitchen offers an electric oven, hob and large fridge/freezer, providing everything you need to knock up a Welsh breakfast or evening meal. Excellent, quiet, location.Well furnished, warm and cosy. Hosts welcoming and on hand if needed. As we stayed over Christmas, the cottage was decorated throughout and tableware included. Lovely welcome pack which was greatly appreciated.

Mattys place is in a beautiful location. Everything you need. Lovely and thoughtful welcome pack. Beaches are a short drive. Great for dog walks in the area . The local pub the crown is a must visit to, remember to book.
