Apartment 5 is a second-floor duplex apartment resting in Colwyn Bay in North Wales. Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a balcony, whilst off-road parking is available for one car. Apartment 5 is a chic property nestled on the Welsh coastline.

It is one of two supersized apartments in the building.
As it is on the second and third floors, you have elevated views from all windows and the balcony. Access is via two flights of stairs to the apartment's front door. The building has just 6 apartments so there is no elevator.
The front door opens to a lobby and then into a large open plan living/dining/kitchen with a large bay window and sea views front and back. The top floor contains a master bedroom with en suite and balcony, a second bedroom, and a bathroom. This floor is within the roof space, so it has some sloping walls as seen in the photos.
As this is a duplex apartment, there is one flight of stairs within the apartment between the floors.

The parking at the rear was an added bonus, the rooms were lovely and clean the views were amazing. Highly recommend.
