The three-room apartment C23, on the second floor INDACO of the MARE building, has an open space with kitchen complete with accessories, dishes, crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob, as well as a TV corner and sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of 1 main bedroom furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower. The living room leads to the terrace, with sea view and pool view, equipped with table and chairs, ideal for those who want to enjoy time outdoors. The apartment is air conditioned. Just 250 meters from the hotel, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sand beach, in the clearest point of our coast, close to Torre Cerrano. The Residence offers free access to the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, Wi-Fi connection included, internal parking or garage are available on request, for a fee, also to give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of bed linen and towels included in the price.
