Welcome to “The Garden" at the 4Th Street Inn

The Garden is located just three blocks from the center of Ashland, including the Oregon Shakespeare Festival Theaters, shops, restaurants and art galleries. Minutes from Emigrant Lake, Golfing, and of course wine tasting.

It is one of two separate flats at the 4th Street Inn. It is on a residential street in the historic Railroad District. Guest will be welcome to a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath with a great view of the Mountains.
The Garden:
-3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps up to 6 people
-living room, dining area
-fully-equipped kitchen
-patio w/BBQ
-in-unit washer and dryer
The Garden has all the amenities: spacious rooms, hardwood floors, finely appointed furnishings, TV/DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning.
The Garden has its own private entrance, deck table and chairs for outdoor dining - as well as casual seating on the patio.
Please note there are security cameras installed on the exterior of the property.

This home and yard was perfect for the four of us. Very clean, quiet and convenient. We had a question about the propane and the host replied to my text immediately. We enjoyed the patio firepit and the large table. We all agreed that we would stay again.

We loved staying in this duplex!!! Great communication with owner!! Close to OSF on a quiet street. We rented entire duplex for our family. Unit is spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Loved the location, lots of space, inside and outside to spread out. The only downside was there was a dearth of plates, bowls and coffee cups. However there was plenty of wine glasses. A set of salad plates and a few more dinner plates/bowls/coffee cups would make this an even better place to settle in and enjoy Ashland.
