About this villa rental

3 bedroom, 2 bath villa on acreage within minutes of theaters, restaurants and shopping. Very private with modern kitchen, hd tv w/ Dish network, high speed internet. Caretaker lives in separate structure on site. Ashland's best forest walking trails are only steps away. Magnificent 180 degree views of the valley, city lights, orchards and vineyards. Single level detached dwelling with plenty of paved parking. Minimum 3 night rental.

Absolutely beautiful views complete with wild turkeys and deer. A lovely home in a great location. It was a perfect spot for our family to enjoy time together while exploring the lovely town of Ashland. I hope to return before long!

This home is one of the best we’ve ever rented using VRBO! The view is absolutely incredible; the home beautifully decorated and well stocked; the location perfect for OSF; and the hosts, friendly and responsive. We would stay here again, for sure!
