I wanted to take some time to review as we were nervous as only a few reviews &we were not disappointed! First -great property manager – SUPER responsive & proactive. The area – amazing! (four seasons resort nearby) BUT this was awesome. everything we could’ve wanted - fully stocked small kitchen, dishwasher spices oil pots &pans & wine glasses + balcony & eat, & later Netflix, on the nites we stayed in! & use of beach equipment so not $$ chair, rental, -beach towels & mats &cushions - to use at walkable Paloma & even nicer Plage de fosse . Beautiful sanctuary. so quiet at night, people during the day -by night respite from a busier towns up the coast. Walkable to so much – Restaurant Caption Cook &loved the SUPER U in Beaulieu-sur-Mer Used the washer &all was well appointed & use of the rear garden was mainly to dry One difficulty was the smaller garage; power in garage tripping but we were able to work with the manager flip a switch & all good. ability to park on the street, next time – we’d we’d use public trans- bus stop in town & walkable to the Beaulieu-sur-Mer train station.
There are some beautiful hikes nearby all level, paved, gorgeous views walking to two beaches, walking into town able to use Uber if needed for dinner in Villefranche-sur-Mer Also we found having a half bath (which isn’t listed) was a great asset
All in all the properties wonderful and we’d love to have an opportunity to rent again!

We loved our stay in St. Jean Cap Ferrat & will be back! Well appointed apartment, great location, and communication with owner was excellent. We didn’t want to leave!

The apartment is ideally located at the port of St Jean Cap Ferrat. The terrace enables one to fully appreciate the view. The apartment is comfortable and spacious and the rear garden is an added bonus. The property is managed so well and we appreciated the generosity and the proactive service offered. Highly recommended.

Overall the property was clean, great location, and manager was friendly. We were at this location for
Bastille Day (Fête Nationale du 14 juillet)
Celebration and we had an amazing firework show from the balcony of this apartment. This apartment is within walking distance to a coffee shops, restaurants, a small grocery store and also Paloma beach. We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to staying at this apartment again.
