Convenient location, friendly receptionists, nice minimalistic decoration, quite tasty coffee at the reception area, super comfortable bed. I liked that there were no keycards, just a longish code to memorise for the room and the main entrance. It was unusual, but actually very convenient.
The parking of the hotel was full, however a nearby parking house they recommended had enough space, and the price per day was almost the same. It was a small inconvenience of walking 200 meters with my luggage instead of taking the lift to hotel's parking.
A small minus - nobody told me about the coffee machine available for the guests when I checked in, I discovered it by accident in the evening of the second day.

The location is very uncomfortable if you have your own car.
Terrible traffic restriction and limitation around the hotel makes the person crazy.
The parking is a big issue. There was no empty place in the hotel parking. So I had to use public parking near the hotel. It costs 19 Euros per night (18 PM to 7:30 AM).
The breakfast is not excellent but an ordinary one.
No minibar in the room. For drinking water, you need to go ground floor.
No coffee machine or electric kettle in the room. For coffee or tea, you need to go to reception.
There is no wardrobe in the room. Only some hanger visible in front of your eyes.
