About this bed and breakfast
It is through taste and flavors that we prefer to introduce you to the Pays de Herve and its traditions. The BREAKFAST, which is INCLUDED, is plentiful and varied. The ingredients are produced by organic farmers here. All the meals we serve are FAIR TRADE & ORGANIC on a short circuit.
In the evening, if you wish, we cook regional meals for you at 29 €/pers, 15 € up to 12 years old. They consist of a starter, a main course and a dessert.
In the heart of the Grand Paysage in the Pays de Herve, our old farm welcomes you in the middle of nature, near the small village of Aubin-Neufchâteau. Its plush and family interior, its old-fashioned decoration with its period regional furniture will bring you back to the warm atmosphere of ancient times. You will have breakfast and dinner by the hearth in a special dining room reserved for your group; unless in summer they are served to you in the farmyard.
After a night of perfect calm, you might want to visit the Mosan town of Maastricht, the museums of Aix-la-Chapelle, or taste the charms of the Cité Ardente. Or, take a long hike in the Pays de Herve, on foot, by bike or on horseback. The carousel is a few hundred meters away.
As for the children, the large wild garden is theirs with its hide-and-seek nooks and swings made by the hands of our great-grandfather.
In our garden, no short lawn, no untouchable flower bed, no squared hedge! From yarrow to blueberries, from oak sown by squirrels to amaranths popping up everywhere, anyone who wants to grow or live there is welcome. The hedgehogs have their home there for the greater good of the 3 permaculture vegetable gardens and the aromatic garden... whose vegetables and fine herbs you will find on your plate!
We welcome you in French, German, English and Romanian from 5 p.m. The last generation (of which the eldest is 8 years old) also speaks Dutch.
EQUIPMENT
Our 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, can accommodate 4 travelers (+ babies) in 2 double beds, so 8 adults in all.
We also offer a TENT pitch, which brings the total capacity to 16 adults.
As we hold a table d'hôtes, please note that under Belgian law, access to the kitchens is prohibited.

Nous avons passé un super week-end. Les propriétaires sont accueillant ouverts et respectueux. Les chambres sont spacieuses situées dans un logement atypique en pleine nature. Le repas est très bons. Nous sommes ravies!

The location was remote and the yard was messy.The host was lovely and she provided a wonderful breakfast.The flies and barking dogs were a bit much.Room was clean and. Quaint. Tub was wonderful
