Very spacious and comfortable property

Comfortable, perfect location and generally clean. The rooms were spacious and while simple, had all the necessary amenities. Bathrooms were clean.
The oven had not been cleaned and had food remnants in it, the bath towels were way too small and the carpets in several places had iron marks on them. A few suggestions: bar stools in the kitchen would have been good, small rubbish bins in the bedrooms, extra clothes hangers in the closets, and better coffee and tea.

La villa è molto grande, non manca certo lo spazio, la comodità e la privacy. Due camere hanno un bagno in stanza, le altre due vicino.
La cucina grande, luminosa, peccato non aver avuto qualche sgabello magari per la colazione lì. L'assenza di tende oscuranti in cucina...
Frigorifero grande, lavastoviglie ed essenziale presente.
Perchè non pensare ad un attaccapanni, c'e il mobiletto per lasciare le scarpe all'ingresso molto comodo.
Le stanze abbastanza pulite, si può fare di meglio. Soprattutto dentro gli armadi e nei cassetti.
Le stanze e le scale sono ricoperte di moquette.
Abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento nelle stanze, l'ultimo piano spento, il penultimo basso.
Sono stati tempestivi nel risolverlo, è venuta la manutenzione il giorno dopo, ma senza molto successo perchè l'ultimo piano è rimasto senza termosifone.
Ci hanno detto che era un problema più grande che non si poteva risolvere in poco tempo. Lasciando le porte aperte delle stanze di sotto in ogni caso nessuno di noi ha mai sentito freddo, siamo anche capitati in giorni non molto rigidi.
Certamente avrei gradito mi fosse stata offerta un'alternativa, tipo vi mettiamo un termosifone elettrico?! Una stufetta?!
Posizione non centrale certamente, ma la metropolitana è vicina 300m, percorso con il marciapiede. Zona residenziale molto tranquilla e lontana dal traffico.
Certamente se dovessi tornare in 8 persone a Londra, sceglierei questa soluzione.

Lovely spacious house. Well located, close to Harrow on the Hill tube station. 2 en-suite bathrooms, 1 family bathroom and a ground floor toilet.
When you book a house for 8 people and pay more than £1500 for 4 nights, you have certain expectations. We were disappointed by the following:
The photo on Booking.com showed parking for 3 cars at the front of the house. When we got there, the front garden had been landscaped and there was only parking for 1 car, on a street that had only residents parking spots. We checked other listings and found that the property was being described as having 3 parking spots. When we contacted the hosts, there was no apology and we were brushed off.
The very very large kitchen, had no seating - not even bar stools at the large island in the middle. There was a dining table and 8 chairs in the dining room, which was at the front of the house. We had to keep moving these chairs back and forth, and eat off our laps. Not great for a family gathering of 8.
The living area had only seating for 6, despite the booking being for 8 people - and 2 of those seats was an uncomfortable large backless settee.
The big garden just had a bench and 2 flimsy seats - no way of all 8 of us sitting out in the evening.
In summary, it was a large, beautiful house, let down by inadequate furnishings and poor thought to customer experience.
