Apartment with wonderful canal view located in the Sestiere of Cannaregio in the heart of the Historic Centre. The first-floor apartment consists of a living area with a complete kitchen and small lounge, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace from where it is possible to enjoy a stunning view of the San Girolamo canal. Possibility of an extra bed on request (single sofa bed in the living room). Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Comminication was top notch from the owners; check-in was a breeze. Location was perfect for accessing water taxis to and from the airport. Quiet location, but only a short walk to hustle and bustle. Great stay!

LOVED this apartment. Know that you are renting from an apartment group and not an individual. They had great communication and we loved the location. It was completely away from the tourist areas and we enjoyed dining around locals and going to the grocery. Loved the little balcony and spent 6 hours one day just enjoying wine and food and watching the neighborhood function.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location in Venice! It was just far enough away from the hustle of the town, but still close enough that everything was only a short walk away! We had a great view of the canal! Our only issue was we got covered in mosquito bites. :( To get airflow, we had to open the windows at night, and apparently the mosquitoes came right in! Other than that, it was great! We would definitely stay here again!

the location is great. It is clean. But simples things that makes a VRBO a plaisant palce to stay are missing: Coffee, salt,peper, cooking ustensil,Rags to clean the counter, the cleaner to go with it. The visitor instruction seem like they are there since the last 25 years, very used... Very quiet place. This place belong to a Business and the lack of the owner touch shows.
