Very easy to collect keys. The living room was comfortable and spacious. The bedroom was nice and the bathroom was modern. Great location, only 10 minute walk into the city centre. the heating was very good.
The kitchen utensils could be updated. the cooking items were old and didn't seem overly clean.

Excellent location. Very spacious. Well equipped. We were warm and comfortable.
The bathroom needed a thorough clean and overhaul. We needed to use the plunger on several occasions to release the bath/shower waste pipe.
I contacted the management company. The phone operator said he would call back but he didn’t.

Difficult to see key Box in the dark to put key code in . T V in bedroom not working as no aerial connection.bed pillows not comfortable also need a warmer duvet.

Location is good and flat is a good size
Property was very cold, double bed is small and creaky. Property was quite bare, didn’t look homely.
