A lovely appartement, ideally located. Host was very friendly (by message) to ensure everything went smoothly and they were there to help if needed. They even offered to put milk in the fridge.
I also very much appreciated that they offered a late check-out (12h00 on the day of departure) so we could enjoy our last evening and last morning with no stress. Everything was perfect.

Alloggiare in un palazzo georgiano è comunque un'esperienza. I dettagli curati della casa (molto bella) fanno la differenza nel bene e nel male. Caffè molto vicini ma non dalla parte del centro, infatti ce ne siamo accorti l'ultimo giorno. La piazza in cui è ubicato il palazzo è tipica di Bath ed è anche molto verde. Letto comodo. Posizione buona anche se ci vuole un minimo per orientarsi a piedi e i mezzi pubblici servono a poco.
Le raccomandazioni un po' troppo perentorie scritte dai padroni di casa. Capisco la delicatezza degli arredi, ma una casa vacanze non può nemmeno diventare un museo. Il wi-fi è piuttosto instabile e la tv di conseguenza, visto che è collegata soltanto al wi-fi e non all'antenna. Era piuttosto scomodo guardare un programma con la tv che saltava ogni 5 minuti. Inoltre segnalo che il vetro della doccia montato sulla vasca non è fissato e se ci si appoggia ci si può fare male. Comprendo la necessità di mantenere tutto il più possibile in stile, ma allora sarebbe bene scrivere di non appoggiarsi mai al vetro, nemmeno per sbaglio. Alcuni scuri, in particolare quelli della camera, non si chiudono bene. Insomma, per il costo forse ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più.
L'appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore: chi ha valigie grandi fa un po' di fatica (ma questo è specificato anche su Booking). Il parcheggio nelle vicinanze è piuttosto caro, ma a Bath la macchina sarebbe meglio non averla proprio!

The property truly offers a unique blend of old-world charm and modern amenities, making for a beautiful and comfortable experience.
The location is simply unbeatable. Right across the street, there's a lovely park perfect for picnics and enjoying the scenic views. We loved how close it was to all the main tourist attractions – we could walk everywhere, which was incredibly convenient. The building itself is also stunning.
Our host was super friendly and accommodating. Communication was always smooth and prompt, and they were very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which we greatly appreciated.
The only minor drawback we experienced was due to the property's proximity to the river. With the windows open at night, we did encounter quite a few mosquitoes. Since there's only one fan in the entire apartment, it would be beneficial to have some form of mosquito repellent system, such as an electric plug-in device, to make evenings more comfortable.
Also, it's important for future guests to know that this is an older building with no elevator, and the apartment is on the second floor. This is something to consider depending on guests' mobility.
