The location is excellent and very quiet. There was a minor incident during the stay, but the landlord promptly resolved it—quite good.
No one answered the phone call. Contact can only be made through booking information.

This is an excellent apartment located above the Abbey and old town. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance to the train station, trams and bus links. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in our bags early. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a good walk in shower.
We were happy with everything in the property but for people with mobility problems the apartment is not easily accessible as it is on a hill with a set of steps to get into the block. Also be aware that the general European socket adapter cannot be used in Switzerland and you require an additional adapter.

We liked the location: close to the attractions, shops, restaurants. The flat was clean, well equipped.

Clean, comfortable, modern studio apartment.
We chose the property as they claimed to have air conditioning. They don’t. They have a fan, but you need to keep the windows open, otherwise it gets too hot. We were woken up multiple times during the night by people in the street. Not a restful stay. Their booking.com listing needs updated to reflect this.
The unlocking code I was given to get the key wasn’t correct. A simple phone call and everything was sorted out.
